The vintage size label says ’42 / 8' In my opinion the fit is an M / UK 12 with small cuff fitting on upper arm.
The garment is a light weight
Excellent Condition with a couple of tiny insignificant marks seen near the buttons (see close-up) - INSIGNIFICANT and hidden in strong pattern!
