Donald Campbell at Chatelaine cotton organdy patterned dress with small ruffle collar and elasticated cuffs.
Made in ENGLAND
Donald Campbell’s most notable client was Princess Diana. His first shop opened in London’s Chelsea Manor in 1973 and a second store later in Knightsbridge.
Using high quality couture fabrics he created limited ready to wear dresses and made to measure items for particular customers. Queen Elizabeth II’s couturier Stewart Parvin trained under him.
The open weave fabric of this white patterned dress is light, floaty and very see-through. It is required that a slip is worn with the dress!!
