St Michael / 1970s M&S vintage short sleeve shirt in a cotton/ modal jersey blend fabric.

The iconic belt link pattern of the day is in dark blue and red on an aged off-white background.
The shape is relaxed, cropped and fairly straight.
A bit of history….
This shirt was purchased as part of the extensive wardrobe belonging to an astute woman of fashion (I call her Leopard Lady as she loved leopard print) who lived to 100 years. Her daughter informed me that up until the age of 70 she always wore heels, hats and a handbag and was recognized and admired in her local high street in the Midlands.
She was a statuesque 5 feet 7 inches (170 cm) and her items are often marked between size 18 - 20. By today’s standards, the clothes often come up smaller and I therefore mention the modern day size alongside any marked size.
The collection purchased includes coats, blouses, dresses, bags, hats (Large fit) and shoes (size 40 / 41)

The vintage size label is 20 GB. In my opinion the fit is much smaller by modern standards and is like an L or UK 14

The garment is a mid light weight.
Good Condition with white parts slightly discoloured (off-white) and a faint stain/white marks hidden on the inside of the collar as seen in the photo of the label - INSIGNIFICANT!
Where video is shown (depending on the platform) I am shown modelling it. My build is an M / UK 12 / M, 5'4" with broad shoulders, short torso and long legs.
