Vintage 1980s white/pink polyester dress and bolero suit designed by Sarit.
The dress has side pockets, a lined bodice and elasticated waist. Please Note: the bodice is a shortish length !!!
There is also a small sized optional belt which fastens with buttons (buttons can be moved to lengthen by up to 4 cm)
The bolero is a lighter weight semi-transparent fabric which works best worn as a cardigan or coverall.
A bit of history….
This dress was purchased as part of the extensive wardrobe belonging to an astute woman of fashion (I call her Leopard Lady as she loved leopard print) who lived to 100 years. Her daughter informed me that up until the age of 70 she always wore heels, hats and a handbag and was recognized and admired in her local high street in the Midlands.
She was a statuesque 5 feet 7 inches (170 cm) and her items are marked between size 18 - 20. By today’s standards, the clothes often come up smaller and I therefore mention the modern day size alongside any marked size.
The collection purchased includes coats, blouses, dresses, bags, hats (Large fit) and shoes (Fit 39 / UK 6) which will be listed for sale.

The vintage size label is 16. In my opinion the fit is an S / UK 10 with a shortish body

The garment is a light weigh.
Good Condition with some tiny faint marks seen on the front of the skirt (see photo) and also some minor snags in fabric - ALL INSIGNIFICANT ON WEARING!
Where video is shown (depending on the platform) I am shown modelling it. My build is an M / UK 12 / M, 5'4" with broad shoulders, short torso and long legs.
