The front of the dress has detailed smocking that is a little stretchy for a comfortable fit.
The shape is fitted across the bust with a high sitting empire waistline. The hem falls to around the knee. The straps unbutton and can be shortened.
There is no size label. In my opinion the fit is an XS / S or UK 8 / 10 (See note above as Rachel Riley is a Children’s label)

The garment is a light weight
