The knit has some natural stretch and skirt is very slim fitted through the hips and legs, falling below the knee.
The waist is not stretchy and sits high with a wide waistband.
The skirt buttons through the front.
The yarn is a 50:50 blend of wool and polyester
The size label states 42. In my opinion the fit is an XS / UK 8.
